At mrldoll, we take product quality extremely seriously. Every doll is thoroughly inspected before leaving our factory. If you notice any defects or damage upon receipt, please contact our customer service immediately by emailing FEIYUE@qiqdoll.com with your order ID along with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will work swiftly to find the best solution for you.

Order Cancellation
Before Shipping:
You have the right to cancel your order without providing any reason as long as the order has not yet shipped. To cancel your order, please send a clear cancellation request to our customer service at FEIYUE@qiqdoll.com.
After Shipment:
Please note that once your package has been shipped (i.e., you have received a tracking number), the order cannot be cancelled.
Product Returns
Return Eligibility:
If your mrldoll product is unopened and unused, you may return it within 14 days from the day you (or a third party you designate, excluding the carrier) take physical possession of the item.
Important: Items are only eligible for return if they are in their original, complete, undamaged, and unused condition. For hygiene reasons, if the plastic seal has been broken, we cannot accept the return unless the product is defective or damaged upon opening.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Please note that simply not liking the product after use does not qualify for a return. Refunds are only provided for items that are defective or not as described.
